TOY SAFETY

Tomy Yujin Corporation would like you to know that our first and foremost concern is a child's safety.

Tomy Yujin uses the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines - as set forth in their Manufacturer's Abbreviated Guide for Age-labeling Toys - of matching toy characteristics to children's ages. These guidelines are supported by independent studies aimed at the developmental stages of children. In addition to following the CPSC guidelines, before importing toys into the United States, Tomy Yujin tests all products by a recognized ASTM facility making sure to adhere to both Federal and Industry Voluntary standards for safety.

Tomy Yujin is a subsidiary of TOMY, a 75 year old toy manufacturing company; we have always been aware of and have complied with the required safety standards as well as voluntary standards of the toy industry. We have, on file, the test results for every toy that Tomy Yujin Corporation has manufactured.

It has come to our attention that one of our distributors/customers in North America has been selling to distributor in Europe and another to a distributor in Australia. While we appreciate the business, we cannot allow this to continue. First of all, Tomy Yujin Europe is responsible for those territories where they have a contract for exclusive distributor rights in that area. Secondly, Disney has not approved the product or insert for release outside of the US or Canada and the toys are ASTM tested only to meet the standards for the US and Canada. Lastly, our license agreements limit TYC’s sales to the U.S. and Canada. Therefore, we must request that any company selling overseas discontinue these transactions.

Tomy Yujin Corporation values your business; however, our hands are tied in this situation.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation TYC appreciates your business and continued patronage.

Best Regards,

TOMY YUJIN CORPORATION

AUSTRALIAN SALES

April, 2004

Tomy Yujin Corporation has moved its headquarter office to 1601 Dove St., Suite 115 Newport Beach, CA 92660. Previously TYC had been sharing office space with TOMY Corporation, another subsidiary of the Japanese toy manufacturer TOMY, the move was necessary to facilitate the growth of both companies. TYC has moved into approximately 2000 sq. ft. of space to call their own. The office includes the product design department, accounting, operations, customer service, and sales departments. Yusuke Tokashiki, VP Sales & Licensing said, "This office is much nicer than our old office, there is a lot more room for us all to work in, and we seem to be functioning better here in our own space." TYC can be reached at their previous toll free number 866/GO-GACHA (866/464-2242) or 949/476-6580 (tel) and 949/476-6590 (fax).

March 2004

Storage Fees - All items on purchase order that are in our warehouse for over 30 days will incur a monthly storage fee. Each case of product will be charged $.50 per month and each machine will be charged $4.00 per month. All other items will be charged $.25 per CF per month.

Restocking Fees - All orders that are pulled from our warehouse for pick up or shipped that are cancelled or returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee or a minimum fee of $25.00 per order which ever is greater.

Address Correction Fee - All orders that are shipped and rerouted due to incorrect address will be charged $5.00 per box for correction. If the items are returned to our warehouse and not rerouted in transit, the restocking fees will apply.

Tomy Yujin Corporation appreciates your business; however, we are not able to absorb these costs any longer.

Also, in an effort to help our customers, TYC is making it easier to create product displays for your GACHA display unit. On all new products, each inner case will still have a total of 200 pieces but will now consist of two 95 count bags of product and two 5 count bags of product with 5 pieces of double sided tape in each bag. We hope that this helps ease the task of constructing displays.

INSTRUCTIONS ON INSTALLING GACHA EZ COUNT COIN METER & SPROCKET ON OLD OR NEW GACHA COIN MECHANISM

List of the 5 items for the GACHA EZcount model kit are:
" 1 GACHA EZCount Coin Counter
" 1 EZcount Gacha sprocket
" 2 screws - NOTE: larger screw is for the new GACHA coin mechanism with metal backing, smaller screw is for older GACHA mechanism with plastic backing
" 1 elongated black plastic washer for the new GACHA coin mechanism

Coin Counter INSTALLATION FOR NEW GACHA COIN MECHANISM ARE AS FOLLOWS:
" Place coin mechanism in front of you, looking at back of coin mechanism NOTE: the top of mechanism should be at the top when looking at it. Take center screw of sprocket and place on side; take off closet screw to right side of sprocket NOTE: you will be replacing this screw with the larger screw in the GACHA EZcount kit.
" Looking at the GACHA EZcount model with the digit display in view, place the large screw through the hole provided and at the other end place the long black plastic washer.
" Align the new screw over the right hole where the screw was removed. Tighten just enough to keep the EZ count in place and make sure the center of coin mechanism is aligned with the center of the EZcount pivot NOTE: Notch is located on the pivot.
" Position the GACHA EZcount:
" NOTE when looking, still at the back of the coin mechanism topside up, top of coin mechanism remains at the top. The notch in the pivot should be facing approximately 8 O'clock, this will allow for a 180-degree tolerance, more than enough to compensate any degree of play the GACHA coin mechanism may have.
" Align the pin on the sprocket through the notch of the pivot at the same time align center of sprocket over the rod of the coin mechanism and in center of pivot.
" Place the sprocket screw back on and tighten, go back and tighten up right screw.
" INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED

Installation for old GACHA coin mechanism with plastic backing:
Follow same procedure except do not use extended black washer. After removing the bottom right screw, use the smaller screw for the bottom right screw placement.
